If you keep forget to off the television or light at night while sleeping then its going to be harmful for your health. One research shows that women who sleeps in room having more light can leads to gain weight and make them fat.


This research is given by JAMS international medicine. They showed the relation between high amount of light and weight gain. Research claims that if women turn off the light while sleeping then chances of getting them fat or weight gains are less.

American National Health had done research on 43,722 women’s daily routine along with various other factors that can cause illness. Result from this research states that if person sleeps in room with deem light will not affect your health while women’s who sleeps keeping television on have a chance of gaining 5kg of weight is 17%.
